We’re hiring a Director to join a fast-growing, privately funded recruitment group with ambitious expansion plans. You’ll be at the helm of four high-performing recruitment brands, each with their own specialist niche: Sales, Technology, Legal, and Energy – covering both contract and permanent markets.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape and scale a multi-brand business that’s already well-capitalised, with significant backing in place and a clear roadmap for growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and mentoring a team of billing managers and senior consultants across all four brands
Defining and delivering growth strategies, with a key focus on scaling headcount and enhancing profitability
Driving performance across contract and perm desks, ensuring high delivery standards across all markets
Working closely with the owners and investors to report on performance, set targets, and drive accountability
Building out internal infrastructure and best practices to support rapid growth
Playing a key role in hiring, onboarding, and developing new team members
Supporting marketing, ops and back-office functions in driving brand visibility and commercial success
✅ What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a senior recruitment leadership role (multi-brand or multi-sector experience preferred)
Strong understanding of both contract and permanent recruitment across commercial or technical markets
A hands-on leader who enjoys developing people and building a winning culture
Track record of scaling teams and growing revenue in a fast-paced environment
Commercially minded with a sharp focus on performance, delivery, and profitability
Comfortable working closely with investors and senior stakeholders
