Litigation Senior Associate (8–10+ PQE)
Salary: £80,000–£105,000 + bonus

The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of complex litigation matters from instruction through to resolution, acting as a key senior fee earner within the team and a trusted adviser to clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a caseload of complex, high-value litigationmatters from inception to conclusion
* Provide strategic advice on contentious issues across a range of sectors
* Represent clients in High Court and County Courtproceedings and through ADR (including mediation and arbitration)
* Draft, review and negotiate key documents including pleadings, witness statements and settlement agreements
* Work closely with partners to develop commercially aligned litigation strategies
* Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and trainees
* Maintain excellent client relationships and contribute to business developmentactivity
About You (Requirements)
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
* 8–10+ years’ PQE with strong, current UK litigationexperience
* Demonstrable experience handling complex commercial litigation (or a strong mix of high-value contentious work)
* Strong technical knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and litigation tactics
* Excellent advocacy, drafting, negotiation and case managementskills
* Confident leading matters with minimal supervision and supporting junior colleagues
* Background from a well-regarded private practice (or reputable in-house team) is desirable

* Harrow area (North West London)
* Working arrangement to be confirmed, but the firm offers a modern, professional environment with flexibility where appropriate.
