This includes client retention, contract negotiation, implementation, and business consolidation. You will manage sales of products and services, financials (budgets, billing, payment, and profitability), business planning, and reviews. As a Global Account Manager II, you will Be responsible for the coordination of all central communication across regions both BCD Travel and client's global initiatives or interests Formulate and manage multi-national business plan with client with the goal of increasing revenues, decreasing cost, better utilizing assets and reducing risk of client attrition Create and manage business improvement plans, as required Oversee the implementation of new business, working closely with global implementation team to ensure customer expectations are met Negotiate client contract terms and manage to all contractual terms Identify opportunities to use global technology tools and new processes Communicate customer operations requirements to all owned, partner and affiliate servicing locations About you Corporate/Business travel industry experience in client account management Experience implementing & managing large market/ global corporate travel clients, preferably within the Life Sciences verticalThorough knowledge of business travel management Thorough knowledge of travel industry technology Ability to travel domestically & internationally About usWe’re a market leader in travel management: We help people and companies travel smart and achieve more, and our clients include some of the world’s best-known and most innovative business and consumer brands.
