Someone with previous customer services experience and previous experience in a Assistant Manager/Team Leader role. Basic computer knowledge is also required.
Role overview
To assist with the day to day running of the sales office, being responsible for managing key accounts, liaising between customers and suppliers, and overseeing the office team.
Duties & responsibilities
To assist the Sales Office Manager in the running of the sales office
To train/develop new and current employees
To oversee the recruitment of new employees
Manage own work load and delegate as required
Assist in the performance management of employees
Building rapport with customers and suppliers
Building rapport and liaising with Brickability Sales Reps
Answering phones promptly
Processing and scheduling orders
To ensure orders for your key accounts are placed correctly as per the order
Providing customer updates
Maintain a day book with all day to day events
Follow company procedures and policies at all times
Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills
To attend and run weekly team meetings
