Catastrophic Injury Case Manager – Brain injuries, clinical negligence, birth trauma, spinal cord injuries or orthopaedic injuries
Kent / Surrey / Sussex - Remote and Home Visits
£35,000 - £50,000 Dependent on Experience
Overview of the role:
* You will hold a caseload of children and/or adults who have complex rehabilitation needs or life-changing injuries due to backgrounds of traumatic/acquired brain injuries, clinical negligence, birth trauma, spinal cord injuries or orthopaedic injuries
* This is a home-based role which will involve travel to visit clients, families, solicitors and care teams, within your geographical remit
* For minor injury cases, there will be times where it is more appropriate to complete INAs/reviews over the phone or via video call
* This is a home-based role but will require travel to visit clients, families, solicitors and other healthcare professionals
Job Details:
* Location: Southeast, Central and Greater London region
* Up to £50,000 + Quarterly Bonuses
* Home based with travel requirements across the South region.
* Employment Type: Full-time
* Monday – Friday – Flexible hours for you to choose from, that work around you.
* Full time OR condensed hours available.
Essential Criteria:
* Full driving licence with access to your own car or public transport links. Ability and commuting access to work across Central and Greater London.
* Must have experience working as a Case Manager, either within an NHS Spinal Centre or in the medico-legal/case management sector
* Experience working with clients (adults or children) who have backgrounds of complex injuries including multi-trauma, orthopaedic injuries or catastrophic brain and/or spinal cord injuries
* Must be a qualified Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Speech & Language Therapist, Social Worker, Sports Therapist or Social Worker
* Must have current registration with the HCPC, SWE or NMC
