Benefits for Sales Account Manager £28,000 bonus uncapped commission Year 1 OTE £31,000 Year 2 OTE £50,000 Monday Thursday, 8:15am 5:00pm Early finish Friday: 8:15am 4:00pm 24 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension and private healthcare Free onsite parking Regular company events Excellent progression opportunities Responsibilities for Sales Account Manager Manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing and post-sale support Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and suppliers Generate leads Provide accurate and timely customer quotations Manage purchase orders and monitor supplier performance Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets Deliver excellent customer service aligned with company values Maintain accurate CRM records Increase revenue and profitability within existing accounts Hold regular TEAMS meetings with customers Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order delivery Resolve customer issues in collaboration with a manager or mentor Qualifications for Sales Account Manager Previous xjlbheb sales experience, including making outbound calls Professional and positive attitude Strong team player Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong time management and organisational skills Able to work under pressure and on own initiative Confident negotiator with strategic thinking abilities Commitment, drive and enthusiasm for sales High level of accuracy and attention to detail GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
