With over 35 years of AV excellence and a growing global footprint, we’re scaling fast in London, with that we need a high-performing Design Consultant to lead the charge. If you’re a natural closer with a strategic mindset and a passion for tech, this is your moment.
What You’ll Do
* Business Development & Growth: Lead from the front. You’ll identify, target, and win new business across enterprise, corporate, and specialist sectors opening doors, nurturing relationships, and driving CTI’s expansion into new accounts.
* Sales Leadership: You won’t just chase leads, you’ll create them. From cold outreach to warm referrals, you’ll build a robust pipeline and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
* Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points and position CTI’s AV solutions as the answer. Your proposals won’t just inform, they’ll persuade.
* Market Expansion: Own your territory. Identify growth sectors, spot trends, and help CTI dominate the UK AV landscape.
* Cross-Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with engineering and delivery teams to ensure promises made are promises kept.
* Client Relationships: Become the trusted advisor for your clients, delivering value beyond the project and building partnerships that last.
What You Bring
* 2+ years in AV design, sales, or business development ideally with a track record of smashing targets.
* A hunter mentality with a consultative edge.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales workflows.
* Deep understanding of the UK AV market and client expectations.
