We’re on the lookout for a sharp, commercially driven National Account Manager to join an ambitious, high-energy team. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same — you’ll be working with an exciting mix of brands, a constant stream of innovation, and customers who keep you on your toes. If you love building relationships, spotting opportunities, and turning strategy into results — you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll own and grow a portfolio of B2B customer accounts, leading the full sales cycle from planning through to delivery and review. Your day-to-day will include: * Owning key retail and/or distributor accounts (UK & international) * Building smart, commercially driven account strategies * Leading seasonal planning, previews, and negotiations * Delivering against revenue and Direct Gross Profit targets * Managing forecasts, commitments, and in-season performance * Working cross-functionally with Supply, Marketing, Product & Finance * Driving continuous improvement through post-season reviews What We’re Looking For We need someone who can think strategically, act decisively, and deliver consistently.
