Night shift dispatch supervisor

Task Consumer products require a Night Shift Dispatch Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily dispatch and logistics operations to ensure the timely, accurate, and efficient movement of goods and services. Key responsibilities include managing and training dispatch staff, monitoring workflows and quality, liaising with internal teams and external 3PL, maintaining safety standards, and resolving any issues to meet delivery targets and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate dispatch teams, including hiring, performance appraisals, and addressing employee concerns.

Supervise daily dispatch and picking activities, ensuring orders are processed and shipped accurately and on time.

Monitor and improve dispatch and logistics processes, implementing quality control measures and identifying root causes of errors to ensure "Right First Time" delivery.

Liaise with various departments (e.g., production, sales,) and external partners (e.g., freight suppliers, shipping agents) to coordinate collections and meet Customer deadlines.

Manage FG inventory levels and provide accurate PI counts, maintain PI schedule.
