About this Role
We are seeking to appoint a Head of Computer Science who is an experienced and well-qualified teacher, with the skillsand vision to further enhance an already successful, dynamic, and innovativedepartment.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong and effectiveleadership. They will have a secure understanding of effective curriculumdesign and be an excellent classroom practitioner, committed to deliveringengaging and ambitious learning experiences.
The successful candidate will be dedicated to raising standards, drivingcontinuous improvement, and accelerating student progress across thedepartment, while fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
This role is ideal for an experienced Head ofDepartment or an individual with the drive and ambition to lead a team.
