We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal to join our Residential Property team in our Banbury office.

Job Role
This varied role is a fantastic opportunity to work within a friendly and approachable team, working with highly experienced Secretaries, Solicitors, and Directors.
Responsibilities of the role would include, but are not limited to:
* Working as part of an effective and efficient team, covering others where necessary
* Dealing with transactions from initial instruction to post completion
* Developing and maintaining a positive and fruitful relationship with clients, ensuring their conveyancing needs are fulfilled.
* Extensive liaison – pro-actively and professionally communicating with clients in a professional manner. Communicating with external partners and internal clients both via telephone and by email.
* Referring to Senior colleagues – relaying messages and providing assistance where possible
Knowledge And Skills
* Residential Property assistant/Paralegal experience – Essential
* IT Skills – Essential

* Willing/able to work in the Banbury office.
* Works well as a member of a team
