Jigsaw Finance combines excellent technical capability, an outstanding lending panel (30+ funders) with a personalized service to enhance the customer and dealer experience.
Role Description:
This is a part-time role as a Customer Service Representative at Jigsaw Finance. The role will involve:
1. Speaking to customers to answer inbound inquiries and queries
2. Calling customers to discuss the terms of their finance offer
3. Using our CRM to update customer records
4. Assessing customer finance needs and referring customers to lenders for approval
5. Communicating with employees and introducers via telephone and Microsoft Teams
The role involves building strong relationships with dealers and customers to support their buying decisions and individual circumstances.
The Role:
1. The role will involve between 12-20 hours per week
2. Work every Saturday and Sunday (required), plus some hours Monday to Friday
3. Training will be provided in the office Monday to Friday before starting the rota
4. Office locations in Stoke-on-Trent, Macclesfield, and Ashton
Skills:
* Previous customer service skills and/or administrative experience
* Excellent attention to detail
* IT proficiency and experience with CRM systems
