About the role…
This role is to work alongside a Social Media lead and to have a team of ~5 underneath them.
What you’ll be doing day to day…
* Managing a team of producers and content creators
* Storyboarding / ideation and organising team members and the production studio
* Being the main POC to key clients when it comes to campaigns that include any form of content (mainly social-first)
* Being actively involved in any shoots / videography / photography when needed
* Be agile to work in office/studio and offsite on larger jobs
About you…
This role is perfect for somebody who has came from a creative content creation background. This could be in photography or videography. You will know all there is to know about shoots and be extremely well-versed in what makes a good piece of social content. You are meticulously organised and passionate about giving clients the best creative version of yourself and the agency or company you work for.
What we're looking for…
* Ideally somebody with agency experience
* Somebody from a videography OR content creation background
* Must have lead teams both inside and outside the studio
* A firm knowledge of social media and the type of content that performs well on socials
* A great senior influence who can work collaboratively with peers
