Role Snapshot
You will assist both the Head and Sous Chef to assist in the preparation, cooking and presentation of food to the highest standards in a clean, tidy, safe and pleasant environment. You'll also assist in the smooth running of the kitchen with direction from more senior members of the kitchen brigade making sure you provide outstanding food experiences for our clients. You will need to support your kitchen to make sure it is fully compliant with Compass process, healthy and safety and food hygiene regulations and run commercially in line with budget expectations.
