As they continue to grow, they are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts & Compliance Manager to join their team in Bicester. They operate a hybrid working policy however applications from those looking to work on a mostly remote basis will be considered for the right candidate.

This position offers considerable autonomy and variety. You'll lead on contract lifecycle management-reviewing, redlining, and negotiating key agreements including MSAs, SPAs, NDAs, DPAs, and leases. On the compliance front, you'll take ownership of exclusivity tracking and GDPR oversight, acting as the go-to for regulatory guidance across the enterprise. You'll work cross-functionally with project managers, consultants, and the US-based legal team, balancing commercial nuance and legal precision. Strong stakeholder engagement is central to the role.
