The Role
As a Property Solicitor, you’ll manage a diverse caseload ofresidential, rural and commercial property transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, and securities. You’ll work closely with clients, offering tailored legal advice and ensuring smooth, compliant transactions from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle property transactions independently
* Draft and review contracts, leases, and legal documents
* Conduct due diligence and property searches
* Liaise with clients, lenders, and professionals
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
What You Will Bring:
* NQ or Qualified Scottish Solicitor with property law experience
* Strong communication and client care skills
