Overview We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a flair for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes. This role requires a commitment to food safety standards and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities
Ability to maintain the standards of quality, food, safety, hygiene, and housekeeping within the kitchen
Familiar with the principles of HACCP
Organise and run an efficient breakfast /Lunch/Dinner for 100 cover with support from junior chefs
Communicate ordering, shortages and manage stock and mep for the breakfast section
Shift timing between 6 am to 9 pm, 5 days a week, including weekends. Overtime is paid and available per business need.
Requirements
Passion for fresh quality produce
Professional culinary qualification is essential
1 year experience in a similar establishment
Flexible, reliability and adaptability
Oral and written fluency in English
confidence in multitasking and following instructions
A Passion to be creative and develop themselves
Right to work in UK
