Contract: Flexible Supply – Daily Cover, Short-Term & Long-Term Roles
Pay Rate: £90–£120 per day (experience dependent)
The Opportunity
We’re currently building a strong pool of SEN Teaching Assistants to support a variety of specialist and inclusive education settings across Milton Keynes. This is a highly flexible opportunity, perfect for professionals looking to balance work around other commitments while making a meaningful impact on young lives.
You’ll be working within primary, secondary, and specialist provisions, supporting pupils with ASD, SEMH, ADHD, MLD, SLD, and complex additional needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering tailored 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEND
Collaborating with teachers to adapt lessons and promote accessibility
Supporting learners’ academic progress, emotional wellbeing, and social skills
Implementing individual behaviour plans and support strategies
Helping to foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
Providing personal care support where required (setting dependent)
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN (professional or personal)
A patient, empathetic, and resilient mindset
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Confidence working across a range of SEN and specialist environments
A genuine commitment to inclusive education and pupil development
Relevant SEN or education qualifications are desirable, but not essential
