Payroll Coordinator / Payroll Assistant (Temporary – 4 to 12 Weeks)

We’re working with a well-established professional services business in Bromley who are looking for an experienced Payroll Coordinator/Assistant to support their busy payroll team on a temporary basis.
This role will suit someone who’s confident managing customer payrolls (particularly pension clients) and can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
Key Details:
* Temporary contract: 4–12 weeks
* Immediate start available
* Full-time, hybrid in Bromley
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience working with customer/client payrolls, ideally including pension schemes
* Strong knowledge of IRIS Earnie or IRIS Earnie IQ (highly desirable)
* Confident managing multiple payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
* A proactive and professional approach to supporting both clients and colleagues
