As Assistant Manager at The Eclipse Inn, you'll bring your experience to the table. From the moment you step through the door, you lead by example.
You'll liaise with the venue manager & staff to make sure our guests, have a great time.

Personal License prefered but not required.

* Your first role isn't usually your last. We do promote Assistant Managers to Venue Managers and you can move around the South West if you wish.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
As an Assistant Manager you will…
* Be a champion of brand standards & ensure guest & team safety at all times
* Support the Venue Manager in the day to day running of the business
* Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back
* Be the role model and guide training and development within the team
