Key Responsibilities
Reception & Front-of-House Management
· Oversee the daily running of reception at the Regent Street building.
· Ensure visitors are welcomed professionally and safeguarding procedures are followed.
· Manage deliveries and maintain accurate records of incoming items.
· Coordinate reception cover during staff absences to ensure continuous service.

Staff
· Support staff onboarding, including issuing ID badges and induction materials, in liaison with relevant managers and HR team.
· Track staff induction and mandatory training records.
· Coordinate staff engagement initiatives such as birthday cards and announcements.
· Ensure compliance posters and college information are current and displayed appropriately.

Admissions & Student Records
· Maintain and update student data, including entry records, guardianship details, prior schools, and destinations.
· Manage systems such as iSAMs and ensure compliance with UKVI requirements.
· Organise student photographs and produce ID badges.
· Ensure accurate and secure record-keeping in line with data protection standards.

Events, Tours & Engagement
· Support the planning and coordination of college events.
· Act as liaison for tours, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for prospective students and visitors.

Executive Support (PA to the SLT)
· Provide comprehensive PA support to the Principal and senior leadership team.
· Prepare materials for Governors’ meetings and other key meetings.
· Take accurate minutes and track follow-up actions.
· Assist with internal communications, including staff and student announcements.

Essential Skills & Experience:
· Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
· Experience working in a busy administrative or office environment.
Desirable:
· Experience in an educational setting.
· Familiarity with iSAMs or similar student information systems.
