An opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Surveyor to join a professional property services firm in the Ashford, Kent area: working within their property management function. The role combines day-to-day property management with professional advisory work and offers scope to broaden into other surveying disciplines.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Managing a mixed property portfolio on behalf of clients
* Acting as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants, and stakeholders
* Providing professional property management advice in line with RICS standards
* Overseeing maintenance, compliance, and service charge matters
* Preparing budgets, reports, and management documentation
* Supporting lease advisory and wider surveying work where required
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* RICS qualified Chartered Surveyor (essential)
* Experience within property management, commercial or mixed-use preferred
* Strong knowledge of property management legislation and best practice
* Ability to manage portfolios independently
* Professional, client-focused approach
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Interest in expanding into wider surveying or advisory services
