A lovely professional and welcoming leading French Educational organisation are actively seeking a brilliant Fluent English and French speaking Administrator to start asap within a permanent capacity, 5 days on site in the heart of the West End.

Key duties for this role will include:

* Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
* Drafting and typing letters, reports, and other documents
* Managing calendars and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
* Arranging travel and accommodation
* Organizing and maintaining both paper and digital files
* Taking minutes at meetings
* Ordering and maintaining office supplies
* Operating and troubleshooting office equipment like printers and computers
* Ensuring the office is organized and running efficiently
