PrettyGreen is seeking a B2B Digital Marketing Exec & Content Creator to join our Growth Team, which consists of four members dedicated to building our agency’s brand, showcasing our work, and attracting new clients and talent.
The role involves creating standout content, from developing creative concepts to executing them effectively and amplifying them across our target audience. The role reports to the Agency Marketing Lead and collaborates with the Studio, PR, influencer, and events teams to leverage their expertise in marketing activities.
This position is ideal for someone with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and a desire to work in a busy, award-winning agency to tell our story. Experience in Consumer PR, Influencer, and Experiential sectors is advantageous.
The Role:
Project Management
* Maintain the agency’s marketing schedule, including social media, podcasts, awards, and events.
* Develop social media plans with the influencer team to reach prospects, partners, and potential employees.
Content Creation
* Create engaging social media content, including simple designs and video reels using tools like Canva, Capcut, and Descript.
* Write social media posts and long-form content such as blogs.
* Coordinate with the Studio team and freelancers for complex content like showreels and animations.
Social Media Management
* Manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta platforms.
* Engage with the community by monitoring engagement, responding to comments, and tracking trends.
Podcast Support
* Assist with scheduling guests, publishing episodes, and amplifying episodes for the influencer podcast "What They Said".
Email & CRM
* Use Mailchimp for newsletters and event invitations.
* Manage and segment contact databases.
Website & Online Content
* Update website content via WordPress and optimize for SEO.
* Gather content such as testimonials, case studies, and team bios.
* Coordinate with web developers for updates and run Google Ads with support from paid media specialists.
* Upload content to partner sites like The Drum, Little Black Book, and Creative Brief.
Analysis & Reporting
* Track and optimize content performance using tools like Google Analytics.
* Produce coverage reports and contribute to activity summaries for leadership.
