A leading global consultancy is looking for an MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager to join its growing cost team, working with a select group of key clients across the real estate built environment.
The Role
There are two opportunities available. One at Associate Director level and one at Senior Cost Manager level.
You’ll lead cost management across projects and programmes, acting as a trusted advisor and driving commercial performance from concept to completion.
* Own and present cost plans, budgets, and forecasts
* Lead procurement from pre-qual through to contract award
* Deliver strategic cost advice and value engineering
* Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
* Support sustainability and carbon reduction targets
You’ll mentor junior team members, drive best practice, and help shape how projects are delivered.

* Strong commercial acumen and contract knowledge
* Experience managing clients and leading teams
