The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated graduate to join the Commerce & Industry team as a Graduate Researcher. You\'ll support Consultants on both retained and contingent assignments, working on projects across a wide variety of sectors and company sizes—from high-growth private equity-backed firms to global listed businesses. The role offers structured career progression with a clear pathway to becoming a Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
* Identifying, approaching, and engaging potential candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
* Conducting initial conversations and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
* Supporting Consultants in client meetings, pitches, and candidate shortlist presentations.
* Assisting in the production of CV summaries, market maps, and research documentation.
* Staying updated on financial news and trends to build commercial awareness.
* Coordinating interviews and managing candidate/client communications throughout the recruitment process.

Salary and Benefits
* Base Salary £30k (Year 1 Target take home with bonus £45,000)
* Uncapped commission
* Based in Central London
* 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
