We're recruiting for a hands-on Working Supervisor to oversee responsive maintenance works across secure, occupied residential properties within the Buckinghamshire area.
This is a stable, long-term opportunity on a compliance-heavy contract, ideal for a credible Supervisor who leads from the front and is confident driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
The Package
1. Salary circa £45,000
2. Company vehicle provided
3. Monday-Friday (40 hours)
4. Participation in on-call rota
5. Enhanced standby payment + additional payment per call-out
6. Overtime paid at premium rates, with higher uplifts for weekends

The Role
7. Lead and support operatives delivering responsive repairs
8. Carry out site visits and quality checks
9. Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and right first time
10. Drive productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction
11. Provide technical guidance and act as escalation point when required
About You
12. SSSTS minimum (SMSTS desirable)
13. Recognised trade qualification (NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 or 3)
14. Experience as a Working Supervisor / Foreman within responsive maintenance
15. Background working in occupied residential properties
16. Strong Health & Safety knowledge
17. Comfortable working to KPIs and service standards
18. Full UK Driving Licence
19. Eligible for Security Clearance
There is also a separate Supervisor requirement covering London more generally.
