Customer Service Coordinator
Salary: £24,000 – £32,000 per annum + commission (TBC)
Location: Hertfordshire

Take the next step in your career with an award-winning Removals and Storage business, supporting complex corporate and government relocations in a customer-focused coordination role.
This position is well suited to candidates with a background in transport, logistics, shipping or removals, who have strong service delivery and organisational skills and enjoy managing multiple moving parts while acting as a key point of contact.
What you’ll do:
* Coordinate end-to-end corporate and government move programmes.
* Act as the main liaison for clients throughout the relocation process.
* Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and agent networks.
* Track consignments globally and manage exceptions.
* Oversee financial administration, including costs and invoicing.
* Support account management and onboarding of new clients.
* Deliver service in line with KPIs and contractual standards.
What you need:
* Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
* Background in transport, logistics, shipping, or removals
* Proven experience coordinating moves or complex projects.
* Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Removals or relocation experience is advantageous but not essential.
