A leading national law firm are seeking a Bid Executive to join their highly regarded BD & Marketing Team. The firm are looking for a hands-on, multi-disciplinary Bids Executive to support our business development efforts. This role focuses on managing and delivering high-quality bids, proposals, and tenders for strategic opportunities, helping to generate new revenue from both new prospects and existing clients. You’ll coordinate bid production across all practice groups, ensuring timely delivery with strong project management and creative input.
Coordinate and produce high-quality tenders, proposals, and presentations across all offices and practice areas.
Maintain and update the bid pipeline using CRM systems and tools like Pitch Perfect and SharePoint.
Conduct client and market research, and edit bid content from multiple stakeholders for clarity and impact.
Assist in legal directory submissions and create marketing collateral in collaboration with the BD & Marketing Team.
Proven experience in writing bids, proposals, and presentations, ideally in professional services.
Calm under pressure with strong project management and deadline management abilities.
Flexible, adaptable, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Due to the specific sectors we work in, only candidates with valid work experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm or a high profile relevant Association or Agency will be considered.
