Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our leading Automotive manufacturing client located in Sunderland, on a temporary basis.
This paid position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and proficiency in office software to contribute to a professional environment.
Mission and Main Objectives:
Assist with the supplier management functions and systems within the Parts Quality Assurance department.
Responsibilities
- Cost management
- Supplier chargeback
- Budget monitoring and reporting
- Invoice processing and control
- Quality data management
- Creation and distribution of weekly and monthly financial reports
- Support in planning and coordinating business activities and meetings
- General administrative duties
Experience and Qualifications Required:
- Financial background is essential
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to communicate effectively at all levels
- Experience with databases (Microsoft Access) is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong time management and work prioritization skills, along with good planning and organizational abilities.
- GSCE level C or above in Maths, English, and IT (or equivalent).
Hours:
08:05am 16:40pm Monday Thursday
08:05am 14:25pm Friday
Pay:
£13 - £14 per hour depending on experience.
