Responsibilities:
✅ Step in with enthusiasm by implementing prepared lesson plans when the class teacher is unavailable
✅ Foster a positive learning environment through effective classroom management
✅ Inspire and support students in their educational journey to promote active participation
✅ Create a safe and welcoming space for all students
✅ Adhere to school policies and procedures, including essential safeguarding measures
✅ Share constructive feedback on lessons and student progress with the teaching team
✅ Be flexible and adaptable to diverse classroom settings and subjects as required
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in working with children or young people in environments like education, coaching, or mentoring
✅ Strong classroom management skills and great communication abilities
✅ A proactive and adaptable attitude, ready to succeed in different school settings
✅ Ability to inspire and motivate students
✅ Enhanced DBS registration on the Update Service (or a desire to obtain one)
✅ Eligibility to work in the UK
✅ Registration with the EWC (or a willingness to complete the registration process)
