Area Sales Executives
We are setting up a whole new sales department with telesales team from scratch and want you to be part of the area sales team. We are looking for 4 Sales Execs in total.
Our amazing telesales team will book you validated appointments with heads of departments or HR to deliver recruitment solutions. You then need to go out and work your magic.
Salary: £600 per week + Commission + Car

As we continue to expand, we need Area Sales Managers to drive growth across the region and strengthen client relationships.
The Role
As our Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of key accounts, and supporting branch/consultant performance across your area. This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment and understands the pace of the recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
* Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service reviews
* Understand market trends and competitor activity to maximise opportunities
* Ensure high standards of customer service and compliance
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in B2B sales
* A confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
* Target-driven, resilient, and commercially astute
* Highly organised with excellent planning and territory management skills
* Able to build rapport quickly and influence at all levels
* A strategic thinker who can also deliver on day-to-day priorities
* Full UK driving licence essential (max 6 points)
