We’re looking for Night Practitioners to join our team at The Old Vicarage, Swinderby .
As a Life Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in supporting children with severe learning disabilities and complex needs to live independent, fulfilling lives. Your role will include;
* Support with day-to-day living and personal goals.
* Accompany individuals on community activities such as shopping, meals, and appointments.
* Build positive, respectful relationships that promote dignity and wellbeing.
* Work closely with colleagues to safeguard and empower the people we support.
Pay & Progression
We offer clear progression through our competency framework, helping you develop your skills and increase your pay as you grow;
Level 1: £12.85 Level 2: £13.35 Level 3: £13.85

About You
Your Qualities :

* Experience in care is welcome but not essential — full training provided .
