I am an 18‑year‑old man living in the Fallowfield area of Manchester. I am looking for a mature personal assistant with experience to support me with social inclusion, to access social activities and to source volunteering experience.
I have 6 hours per week available. The role will be performed by 1 main PA, with a back‑up PA covering annual leave or sickness.
Pay: £13.78 per hour with 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year. Days and times are flexible.
General Duties
* Social activities
* Travel support and training using public transport
* Supervision and guidance when accessing the community
* Locate and use community resources, such as libraries, sports facilities or health services
* Support with communication in community settings
* Support to manage money and complete transactions
* Structured opportunities to practice community skills, with repeated guidance
Qualifications and personal qualities required
* Reliable and trustworthy

* Outgoing individual
* Maintain confidentiality
* Qualification in Care/Health and Social desirable but not essential
