We’re seeking an experienced Solicitor to join a highly regarded law firm in Manchester to join a nationally recognised team representing clients in civil claims in one of the most significant miscarriages of justice in UK legal history.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven solicitor to handle high-value, complex injury and civil claims, working alongside a leading team of specialists in the field.
About You:
* Qualified Solicitor with proven experience handling or assisting on high-value and complex injury claims.
* Must have proven experience within catastrophic injury, clinical negligence, serious injury, or industrial disease cases, handling or assisting on high-value and complex claims.
* Strong understanding of liability, causation, and quantum issues in catastrophic cases.
The Role:
Manage a caseload of high-value civil claims.
* Assist senior partners with multi-million-pound claims and complex litigation.
* Engage with forensic accountants and counsel, assess medical evidence, and evaluate complex claims including loss of capital value.
* Contribute to strategic discussions and settlement negotiations.
* Stay up to date with developments in catastrophic injury and civil litigation law.
