Job Description:
Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate the implementation, delivery, acceptance, training, and post-sale problem-solving of projects such as servers.
* Meet the needs of local customers and provide timely after-sales solutions.
* Manage and coordinate the local team, and improve customer satisfaction and service management quality.
* Evaluate the current status of the service system in the local region, and develop plans and improvement solutions.
* Collaborate with sales to solve problems, and plan and implement key service projects.
Qualifications
* Experience in construction and operation management of customer service systems in the ICT industry, with more than 3 years in the IT industry such as servers and storage.
* Experience managing major clients or project management.
* Native-level proficiency in the local language, able to communicate in English fluently; Chinese language skills are a plus.
* Familiar with server storage hardware maintenance technologies, such as fault repair, log analysis, and troubleshooting.
