Must have experience working in an automotive Bodyshop.
This is a fast paced, varied role where you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks across all areas within the department whilst supporting customers with queries by phone, email and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
* Email inbox monitoring.
* Dealing with incoming calls from drivers and other service users.
* Website access assistance.
* Daily Report formatting and issuing.
* Monitoring and responding to live chat questions.
* Processing payments and taking payments over the phone.
* Operation of Client software for vehicle management.
* Continuous process review and improvement.
* Provide departmental statistics for use by internal management.
* Ensure all correspondence is responded to in a timely manner.
* General administrative duties relating to specific client requirements.
* Escalating queries when required.
Essential & desirable skills:
* Competent with IT.
* auto flow or kerridge experience
* Confident on the phone and with email communication.
* Trustworthy and reliable.
* Organised and methodical.
* Able to use initiative and solve problems.
* Accurate when completing repetitive tasks.
* Happy to ask lots of questions whilst learning.
* Able to multitask and work between multiple systems
