These roles are office based in Swinton.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager there is a need for a Payroll Clerk. This role supports the Payroll Manager in aspects of Payroll.
Day to day duties of the role include:
* Group Monthly Payrolls x 2
* Processing monthly salary payments
* Transferring timesheet data to payroll software
* Transferring employee expense payments to the payroll software
* Accurate sickness calculations where applicable
* Accurate overtime calculations where applicable
* Maintain all payroll records
* Processing Pension Payment Files
* Company Credit Card Receipt Administration
The right candidate for the role will have experience in the above.
