The Opportunity TheRecruitment Managerwill play a key role in leading the engineering / technical recruitment division, managing both strategic direction and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Lead and develop an existing team of technical and engineering recruitment consultants Oversee all operational activities to ensure consistent deliveryand achievement of performance targets. Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance to support sustainable business growth. Identify new business opportunities and build strong partnerships across Leicester and the wider Midlands region. Work with the marketing team to increase brand visibility and attract new talent and clients. Conduct coaching sessions, one-to-one meetings, and regular reviews to drive team performance and engagement. Experience Proven experience as aRecruitment Manager or Senior Recruitment Consultant ready to move into a management role, ideally withintechnical, engineering, or industrialsectors. Demonstrated leadership ability, with excellent communication and team management skills. Commercially driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Passionate about developing others and creating a positive, growth-oriented environment.
