Account Director - Cloud Managed Services
£90,000 basic plus £90,000 OTE & Car allowance.
Hybrid Working from Milton Keynes (1/2 days per week) plus London and customer travel as required.

This is a seriously successful IT services business with a clear niche in cloud managed services. Consecutive years of double digit growth, private equity backing and big expansion plans.
You will take ownership of 4/5 established, high value accounts, with one true enterprise whale in the mix. These are large, complex environments that already generate meaningful revenue and need senior ownership to push them further.
Why this role stands out
You are inheriting real accounts with real spend, not starting from zero. The emphasis is firmly on account development, around 85/90% of your time farming existing customers, with selective new logo activity rather than constant hunting. OTE is weighted towards growing what you already own, with genuine upside if you over deliver. The business has strong market credibility, a proven delivery engine and a track record of winning.
Key responsibilities
* Own and grow 4/5 high spending customer accounts
* Develop and execute account plans that drive expansion across cloud managed services
* Operate confidently at C suite level and build trusted executive relationships
* Work closely with delivery teams to turn relationships into long term revenue
Ideal experience
* Proven experience as an Account Director or senior account manager within IT services or cloud managed services/MSP.
* Clear evidence of delivering £400k to £500k GP per annum from existing customers
* Strong executive presence with credibility at C suite level
* Comfortable managing complex, multi stakeholder enterprise environments
