The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing exceptional finance and accounting professionals across various industries and sectors, with the potential to leverage our international reach and connections.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with both client organizations and potential candidates
2. Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and direct approaches
3. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening to final placement
4. Leverage our international business network to expand candidate and client opportunities
5. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
6. Prepare candidate shortlists and present compelling profiles to client organizations
7. Develop a deep understanding of client business needs and market trends in finance and accounting recruitment
8. Meet and exceed monthly billing and placement targets
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client databases
10. Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients
11. Collaborate with international team members to enhance recruitment strategies
Essential Requirements
12. Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within finance and accounting sectors
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
14. Strong negotiation and sales capabilities
15. Proficiency in using recruitment databases and CRM systems
16. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
17. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
18. Graduate degree preferred, though relevant experience will be considered
19. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
20. Adaptability and interest in global business dynamics
