What will you do?
* Perform daily cleaning of rooms, apartments, and common areas following brand standards.
* Change and replenish bedding, towels, and guest amenities.
* Maintain cleanliness of corridors, service areas, and storage rooms.
* Ensure that all rooms are prepared to the highest standard before guests arrive.
* Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the relevant department.
* Support the guest experience by providing a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
* Collaborate closely with the Front Desk, Maintenance, and Housekeeping Supervisor.
* Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
What do we look for?
* 1+ years of experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or similar roles (hospitality experience is a plus).
* Basic English (additional languages are valued).
* Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
* A proactive, responsible, and service-oriented mindset.
* Availability to work in rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
