What’s on offer:
1. £25,000-£30,000.
2. 28 days annual leave.
3. 45p/mile rate for on-the-job mileage.
4. Support and mentorship.
Care Coordinator/Deputy Manager Responsibilities:
5. Creating and managing staff rotas, ensuring all care visits are covered and handling last-minute changes due to sickness or absence.
6. Conducting supervisions, appraisals, and spot checks to monitor staff performance and maintain high-quality care standards.
7. Carrying out care reviews and client courtesy calls to assess satisfaction and make necessary adjustments.
8. Overseeing staff training and e-learning, ensuring compliance with mandatory requirements.
9. Maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and company policies while addressing any concerns or complaints.
10. Liaising with healthcare professionals, social workers, and families to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
Care Coordinator/Deputy Manager Requirements:
11. Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Care Coordinator in a homecare setting.
12. Must have a UK Driving Licence and use of own vehicle.
