A well-established 3-surgery family practice in an affluent area is looking for a permanent associate to take on a Monday and Tuesday position. The practice is mid-way through a meaningful programme of investment - new surgery, new technology, new branding and is now focused on building the right long-term team to match. With 12,000 patients on the books and strong private growth momentum, the foundations are already in place. Key details Contract type: Permanent Working days: Monday and Tuesday UDA rate: £13.50–£14.50 per UDA (dependent on experience) UDA target: Negotiable Private remuneration: 50% of private income generated Patient base: 12,000 registered patients in an affluent, growing catchment area Additional sessions: Optional 1 Saturday per month available Additional treatments: Scope to offer Invisalign/aligner treatment and facial aesthetics Software: Dentally with AI-assisted note-taking Equipment: Brand-new surgery and chair, modern scanners, digital X-ray, fully equipped throughout Support team: On-site hygienist, stable nursing team, approachable management Marketing: Active Instagram presence with dedicated social media support and new practice branding Parking: On-site parking available Requirements Full GDC registration (essential) Recognised dental degree (BDS or equivalent) Active NHS performer number (essential) Valid dental indemnity insurance (or willingness to obtain prior to start) Eligibility to work in the UK Experience in a mixed or NHS dental setting (preferred) Interested in this position?
