Project Manager
This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our Asset Management team in Newtownards.
* About the Role:
* You will be responsible for managing Multi-Planned Maintenance Projects, overseeing in-house construction professionals, and administering JCT contracts and NEC3 Short Contract for planned maintenance contracts.
* A key aspect of this role is performance managing construction works, monitoring KPIs, and applying Low Performance Damages as required under the contract.
* You will also chair various meetings at different stages of the contract and apply and monitor performance management of contractors and consultants.
About You:
* To be considered for this position, you must meet at least one of the following criteria:
1. Possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Building / Construction / Technical Discipline plus 2 years' relevant experience, or;
2. Possess a relevant BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma or qualification of an equivalent academic level plus 3 years' relevant experience in Building / Construction / Technical Discipline.
* You should be able to demonstrate relevant experience as outlined above.
