Job Title:Facilities Maintenance Technician Location:Onsite –Tewkesbury About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. In this role, the Facilities Maintenance Technician will ensure the safe and efficient operation of a large site by delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), conducting routine inspections, and responding promptly to reactive issues to minimize disruption. Key Responsibilities: Execute and support the PPM program for building systems (HVAC, compressed air, electrical, plumbing, lighting). Perform visual inspections, meter readings, sampling, and routine checks to maintain compliance and safety standards. Respond quickly to facility breakdowns and emergencies to reduce downtime. Support initiatives to improve energy, water, and waste efficiency. Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports for audits and compliance. Assist with facility improvement projects, layout changes, and installations.
