Overview

Responsibilities

* Support the Resourcing Compliance and Improvement Lead to maintain compliance with Home Office/UKVI requirements, provide specialist advice on sponsorship and right to work, and ensure processes are current, effective and consistently applied.
* Oversee daily operational activity, ensuring key tasks are completed and work is prioritised appropriately.
* Support and train team members, manage Certificate of Sponsorship workflows, undertake routine audits, and help ensure the Trust meets its UKVI sponsor licence reporting duties, while identifying opportunities to improve compliance processes.
* Provide daily supervision to the Right to Work Advisor and oversee the work of administrative support staff.
* Ensure all right‑to‑work processes and work streams are current and effective in delivering a high-quality service.
* Lead the Recruitment Advisor and administrative support staff in monitoring, prioritising and responding to enquiries received into the Right to Work mailbox in a timely manner, having overall responsibility for the effective management of the inbox.
* Be fully aware of the Recruitment and Selection policy, related internal policies and current Sponsorship, Immigration and Right to Work rules and regulations in conjunction with the Resourcing Compliance and Improvement Lead.


Eligibility

* Apply for a Graduate visa.
* Or successfully complete your course and have applied for a Graduate visa before the anticipated start date of your employment.
* Or the Trust has agreed to sponsor you as a Skilled Worker and you will complete your studies within 3 months of the anticipated start date of employment.
