Job Purpose
Responsible for overseeing and implementing quality systems and processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability, and leading quality improvement initiatives across LB Bentley.
Key Accountabilities
* Design and implement quality systems and processes to ensure that our products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations
* Conduct quality audits, review data and analytics, and make recommendations for process improvements
* Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to identify and address product defects and issues
* Lead and mentor junior quality engineers, providing guidance and support on complex projects and initiatives
* Partner with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues, develop corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution
* Develop and maintain documentation related to quality systems and processes
* Regularly communicate with key stakeholders, including senior management and customers, to provide updates on quality initiatives and progress
