The Role
As a Key Account Executive (Account Manager / Customer Success Executive), you’ll be the commercial engine behind our key customer accounts, supporting the Sales Director and wider team to keep relationships strong and help them grow.
You’ll be right in the mix: speaking with customers daily, solving problems quickly, preparing quotes and proposals, tracking delivery and performance, and spotting opportunities to do more business together.
This role suits someone with graduate-level potential and hunger to learn—whether you’ve got 0–3 years of experience. If you’ve worked in a customer-facing environment (internships, placements, part-time roles, or a first commercial job), that’s a bonus - but attitude and capability matter most.
You’ll be based in our Oxfordshire office, with occasional customer visits (about once per month).
Location: Yarnton, Oxfordshire (office-based with monthly client visits)
