This is a fixed-term contract or secondment to cover maternity leave and a great opportunity to progress a career in optics, combining clinical expertise with team management and customer care.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a small store team to deliver excellent customer service and store performance.
* Manage resources to meet demand and maximise sales.
* Develop and implement store improvement plans.
* Resolve complex problems for colleagues and customers while remaining delivery-focused during challenging times.
* Collaborate with HR and other functions in staff development and performance management.
* Maintain a strong customer-focused culture and ensure high standards of service.
